Rene Pardi, our fearless owner and founder, sets the tone of Our Daily Bowl. Being the mother of two young boys, family and faith have always been the priority for Renes. But how to incorporate health into a busy lifestyle? This was the question that launched Rene into her journey of starting Our Daily Bowl.

At ODB we focus on wholesome ingredients from local farmers that we know and trust. We know how hard it is to make it as a small business and that’s why we’re intent on supporting other small businesses however we can.
When it comes to our smoothies and smoothie bowls, we aren’t secretly packing them with sugar just to keep you coming back - we trust our exemplary service and sweet smiles to do that! We believe in using whole ingredients in our smoothies and letting their incredible flavor speak for itself. We list every single ingredient we use to give you the peace of mind that you’re filling your body with daily goodness.

Rene is our fearless owner and founder. If you have ever been into ODB, you'll know Rene is the kindest, most caring soul you'll ever meet. She makes everyone feel like family and while you're there, you might catch a glimpse of her own! Rene is the proud mother of two of the sweetest little boys!
Skylar
Skylar has been with us from the very beginning! She is a UAlbany student studying criminal justice and forensic science. She aspires to work in forensics. Skylar is an incredibly hard worker, pursuing excellence in all she does. She's an avid reader and inspires all of us here at ODB.
I had been to many other “super food bars” and did not find them to be very exciting. That was until I stopped in at Our Daily Bowl. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and saw the staff eager to help.
I asked for custom options for the açaí bowls and settled for fresh fruit and granola topped with Nutella. It was just perfect. Why was it perfect? It was made with a lot of love and care. Please give this place a try. You will be glad you did.
